Pleasant Valley Park Vandalized


Extensive Damage Caused

The City of Nanaimo is asking for the public's help in identifying those responsible for an act of vandalism in Pleasant Valley Park. On the evening of Monday, October 12, an individual or multiple individuals in a vehicle accessed the field in Pleasant Valley Park by cutting the chain gate at the west end of the park. They then proceeded to drive over the fields causing extensive damage to the fields.

This act caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to the field. This is at least the third time in the past year this type of vandalism has occurred.

  1. Same people who will then complain about the potholes on their street not getting patched up or why there's never any snow plowing in their neighbourhood. Money's gotta come from somewhere. Idiots.
