The regular city council meetings are the only ones broadcast live on either Shaw Cable or streaming video from the city website.   2. That is what I would take from the purpose of the presentation to the public. I don't know how the recent decision to sign onto the RFP that the Port Authority has put out for a ferry service, factors into the mix.
